I offer sessions from my practice in central Durham, just a short walk from Durham city centre and the train station. The practice is easily accessible by car, with parking available, and it is well-served by local bus routes.
Online sessions are available via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, giving you the flexibility to access support from wherever feels most comfortable.
I work with clients across County Durham and the surrounding areas, including those in Newcastle upon Tyne, Darlington, and Middlesbrough. Whether you're based in the city centre, the suburbs, or the wider region stretching from Gateshead and Chester-le-Street through to Stockton and Hartlepool, I'm here to support you. If you are from further afield, online sessions make therapy accessible regardless of where you're based.
