Payment is requested at the time of each session and can be made by bank transfer or cash.
I hold a limited number of concession slots for those who would benefit from a reduced rate. Please get in touch to discuss availability and eligibility.
Life happens, and I understand that sometimes you need to reschedule. I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate, as this time has been reserved for you. When possible, I am happy to reschedule the session to another time in the week, but it cannot always be guaranteed.
I offer flexible hours to fit around work and other commitments. Sessions are available during weekdays, evenings, and some weekend slots. When you get in touch, we can find a time that works for you.
